- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
