  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with brown butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and add sugar, followed by vanilla bean paste.
  4. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
