4 large eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and carefully add the eggs. Cook for about 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
While the eggs are cooking, heat butter in a pan and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
Once the eggs are done, transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with salt.
To serve, place a layer of yogurt on a plate, top with the peeled eggs, and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
