Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and carefully add the eggs. Cook for about 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, heat butter in a pan and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with salt.
  5. To serve, place a layer of yogurt on a plate, top with the peeled eggs, and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Use whole-milk yogurt for a creamier texture.
