  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree and chicken broth. Heat over medium heat until warmed.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
