A festive and delicious recipe for the holidays that combines turkey and cranberry in a flaky crescent roll.

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and layout on a baking sheet.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture on the wider end of each crescent roll and top with cheese if using.
  5. Roll the crescent rolls from the wide end to the narrow end and place them seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add chopped green onions or celery to the filling.
  • Serve with additional cranberry sauce for dipping.
