  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway, then sprinkle with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts mixture. Top with more batter to fill the cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
