  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix apple cider, vinegar, mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
