2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 package phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each cup.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include crushed red pepper flakes.
