  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour until smooth, then slowly add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Add shrimp, lobster, mixed vegetables, Old Bay, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp is pink.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop spoonfuls over the seafood mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
