  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season scallops with cajun seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove scallops and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add scallops back to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
