Delicious and crispy savory sweet potato hash browns combined with turkey bacon and fresh herbs, perfect for any meal.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes using a box grater.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add grated sweet potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Add chopped turkey bacon and fresh parsley; mix well and serve hot.
