  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, picked through for shells
  • 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 8 biscuits, split in half
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Gruyere)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and green onions. Mix well.
  3. Split the biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Generously spoon the seafood mixture onto the biscuit halves.
  5. Top each with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the seafood mixture.
  • Dill can be used instead of Old Bay seasoning for a different flavor profile.
