- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, garlic, and soy sauce; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and add the sausage to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Toss to combine and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Notes
