- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
