  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package potstickers
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and green onions; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.
  5. Add cabbage and potstickers; cook until potstickers are heated through.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve hot with a drizzle of chili oil if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more soy sauce or some red pepper flakes.
