Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the honey, Greek yogurt, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and ginger.
