A delicious No Bake Christmas Peppermint Pie perfect for holiday gatherings and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract; mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
  7. Top with crushed peppermint candies.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more peppermint extract.
  • Can substitute crushed cookies for the crust if preferred.
