- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
