- 12 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon, diced
- 1 pound chicken ham, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add turkey bacon and chicken ham, and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with more mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 45 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight before baking for convenience.
