A delicious twist on traditional lasagna featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a rich flavor.

  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 pound chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add turkey bacon and chicken ham, and cook until browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with more mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate overnight before baking for convenience.
