Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh.
  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the pumpkin halves with the mixture.
