- 1 pound bulgogi beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, onion, and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Add the bulgogi beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in kimchi, gochujang, and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Place the provolone cheese slices over the beef mixture and cover until melted.
- Toast the hoagie rolls lightly, then fill with the beef mixture and top with turkey bacon.
