1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder

2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, cream cheese, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
