  • 2 pork cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 radishes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Pound pork cutlets to an even thickness.
  3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and cut into strips.
  6. Serve on a plate over rice, topped with tonkatsu sauce, sliced cucumber, and radishes.
