2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup grated apple
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini and apple with the sugar, brown sugar, and oil.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well mixed.
