  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1 pound baby carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the honey Dijon mixture over them.
