  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries.
