  • 2 carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, onion, and carrots.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the carrots and potatoes, then pour in the vegetable broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the vegetables are tender.
