  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in cinnamon and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
