A delicious fall salad featuring turkey bacon, fresh greens, and seasonal ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, walnuts, feta cheese, and red onion.
  3. Toss in the balsamic vinaigrette and add the crispy turkey bacon on top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
