  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg, stirring until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Coat the truffles in chopped nuts if desired.
