  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Place cupcake liners in a muffin pan and press the crumb mixture into the bottom of each liner.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
  6. Scoop the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust in each cupcake liner.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool completely.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
