6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
Top with crumbled turkey bacon and sprinkle with green onion and red bell pepper to create a tree effect.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
These can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator until serving.
