- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries and dark chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin liners three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
