  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge fish in the flour mixture, then fry until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream for the slaw.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
