A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring creamy sauce, roasted tomatoes, and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta of choice
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  3. While the tomatoes are roasting, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, roasted tomatoes, cooked turkey bacon, and spinach until well combined.
  7. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and add to the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
