Ingredients

  • 200 grams udon noodles
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce. Mix well.
