  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 pound baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, place baby potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Serve chicken with sauce and roasted baby potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
