- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the white wine and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add the crab meat and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper, and let the bisque simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
