2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package cinnamon roll dough
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
Open the cinnamon roll dough, separate the rolls, and cut each one into quarters.
Scoop the batter into the waffle iron, placing a few pieces of the cinnamon roll dough on top of the batter, and cook according to the waffle iron instructions.
For the cream cheese glaze, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together until smooth.
