Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and combine with applesauce and honey.
  4. Blend the wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing from the tin.
