- 1 package of sugar cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a rectangular baking dish.
- Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly in the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Once the cookie base has cooled, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Top with half of the mini chocolate chips, then half of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Finish with sprinkles on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
