  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Preheat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
