  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce and half of the black pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the pan, cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with remaining black pepper and serve hot.
