  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ cup cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, mushrooms, and spinach until soft.
  3. Add cheese and mix well.
