  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Bang Bang sauce
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  4. Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in the shells, adding cabbage, cilantro, and drizzling with Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
