- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and then evenly cover them with panko breadcrumbs.
