200 grams feta cheese
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, add the feta cheese and drizzle it with olive oil.
Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper on top of the feta.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is soft and slightly browned.
Remove the dish from the oven and carefully crack the eggs over the feta.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
