Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful appetizer perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle with honey before serving.
  • These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
