  • 1 cup butternut squash, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
