  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples with cinnamon, oats, and brown sugar. Spoon the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
